Guberniev: The game against Jordan is an important experience for Russia

He noted the importance of such encounters for the Russian national team. For reference, the Russian national team will also play against Qatar alongside Jordan.

Both the Jordanian and Qatari national teams participated in the final of the 2024 Asian Cup. These international matches are scheduled for September 2025 and will take place during the international break.

Additionally, the Jordan national team has qualified for the 2026 World Cup, marking the first time this competition will be held for the team. Thus, playing against strong opponents will help enhance the international experience of the Russian national team.
