"Ural" team's midfielder Yevgeniy Kharin spoke about the person who helped him move to this club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Kharin stated that the main factor for him was the appointment of Miroslav Yuryevich Romashchenko as the head coach of the "Ural" team. He emphasized that he is well aware of the coach's requirements.
Kharin also mentioned that the club's level, the city's convenience, and the stadium having a natural pitch were important factors. Currently, "Ural" is in first place with nine points based on the results of three rounds held in the PARI League.
The Ekaterinburg team shares the lead with Voronezh's "Fakel" club with this result. For reference, Miroslav Romashchenko previously worked as an assistant to Stanislav Cherchesov.
This summer, after Oleg Shatov left the club, Romashchenko was appointed as the head coach of the "Ural" team. Thus, the new coach is also playing an important role in attracting new players to the club.
