“Sparta” defeated “Ararat-Armenia” decisively on its home ground

In the third round of the Conference League qualifiers, Prague's “Sparta” team hosted the “Ararat-Armenia” club at home. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

At the beginning of the game, the guests were active and in the seventh minute, Edgar Grigoryan executed a free kick accurately from the right flank, but the ball hit the crossbar and left the field. Then the “Ararat-Armenia” players launched several attacks, resulting in Xuan Balanta opening the scoring.

After that, “Sparta” went on the offensive. Patrik Vidra created several dangerous situations and equalized the score in the 25th minute.

Shortly after, Kaan Kayrinen took a long-range shot, the ball rebounded off the defender, distracting the goalkeeper, and the score became 2:1. At the beginning of the second half, “Sparta” maintained the advantage.

In the 60th minute, Matey Rinesh provided a pass from the left, Jan Kuxta sent a precise header, and the score reached 3:1. In the 79th minute, a penalty was awarded, and Velko Birmanchevich increased the score to 4:1.

The “Ararat-Armenia” players also tried to score in the final minutes, but could not change the result. According to the match result, the “Sparta” team won by a large margin.
