He emphasized that many rumors circulated during the summer transfer window, with various talks about him possibly leaving the club. Barko stated that he is still part of Spartak, is proud to be a member of the team, and dreams of winning the championship with the club.
The footballer joined the Moscow team in the summer of 2024. Since then, the 26-year-old midfielder has played in 41 matches, scored 15 goals, and provided 9 assists.
His contract with the club is valid until 2027. Transfermarkt estimates Barko's transfer value at 14 million euros.
