West Ham has sent an official inquiry to RB Leipzig, the club that owns Elmas, but no definite information has been received yet. Earlier, the 25-year-old midfielder rejected a move to Beşiktaş and declined an offer of a 5 million euro annual salary.
He prefers to play in England or Italy. Last season, Elmas appeared in 6 matches for RB Leipzig, providing 1 assist.
