The top scorer of the previous season, forward Manfred Ugalde, may not return to the 'Spartak' team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The player participated in the CONCACAF Gold Cup tournament with the Costa Rica national team in June. Therefore, he is expected to join the "red-whites" team later as planned.
Currently, Ugalde is expected to arrive at Spartak on July 11. However, by that time, the issue of Manfred's transfer to the "Feyenoord" club may be resolved.
If this happens, Ugalde will not come to the Spartak camp. Earlier, there were reports that Spartak had chosen another candidate to buy the player.
