Dutch journalist Dennis Kranneburg commented in an interview with "Evro-Futbol.Ru" about "Feyenoord" club's interest in "Spartak" team's forward Manfred Ugalde. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He stated that "Feyenoord" has indeed shown active interest in Ugalde and discussions have taken place regarding making an offer to "Spartak." Manfred previously played with Sem Steyn at "Twente," and Steyn is currently considered "Feyenoord's" most expensive player.
According to Kranneburg, the club is theoretically ready to pay 20 million euros for Ugalde, but there are also other non-football-related factors involved in this transfer. For example, PSV has purchased the rights for Til from "Spartak," which could lead to such situations occurring.
Overall, this is a complex deal that is difficult to realize for several reasons. Manfred Ugalde was the top scorer in the last Russian championship, scoring 17 goals.
The Transfermarkt website values him at 15 million euros at the age of 23.
