Smorodskaya: The Spartak team is losing its face

Olga Smorodskaya, who previously served as the president of the "Lokomotiv" club, expressed her opinion about "Spartak". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In her view, the "red-whites" are losing their identity. Smorodskaya emphasized that "Spartak" is hiring unknown coaches who do not fit the club and do not meet its ambitions.

Moreover, the management is spending a large amount of money on an unknown coach. Smorodskaya also pointed out that "Spartak" has lost a lot due to some management decisions.

She assessed such decisions as "undesirable". Currently, Deyan Stankovich is serving as the head coach of "Spartak".

In her previous statements, Smorodskaya mentioned that under the Serbian coach, the team's chances of winning the Russian championship are low. Last season, "Spartak" finished in fourth place under Stankovich.

On July 19 of this year, the first round match will take place within the framework of the Russian Premier League. In it, "Spartak" will host the "Dinamo" team from the city of Makhachkala.
