The general director of the Chernomorets football club in Novorossiysk, Maxim Ponomaryov, commented on the upcoming renovation works planned to be carried out at the home stadium. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He emphasized that the scope of the renovation works is clear and understandable. He stated that the club is currently in the stage of attracting investments and looking for contractors capable of carrying out the work.
According to Ponomaryov, the renovation works will last approximately six months. Despite the Chernomorets team finishing third in the first league of the Paris league last season, they were not allowed to participate in the playoff matches.
This situation was related to the stadium not meeting the standards of the Russian Premier League. Therefore, the main task of the club's management is to renovate the stadium in accordance with the requirements and create the opportunity to participate in high-level competitions in the future.
Once the renovation works are completed, the quality and comfort of the stadium will increase, providing better conditions for fans and players. The goal of the club's management is to further develop the team and achieve high results.
