January 31: Rain and fog expected in some areas

The Uzbek Hydrometeorological Center has announced the weather forecast for January 31. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The weather across the republic will be mostly variable, with rain, fog, and icy patches on the roads expected in some areas. Drivers are advised to be cautious on the roads.
In Tashkent city, the weather will be cloudy with a chance of rain. Winds will blow from the west at 3–8 meters per second.
Temperatures at night are expected to range from 1 degree below zero to 1 degree above zero, and during the day from 8 to 10 degrees Celsius. No precipitation is expected in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, but fog and icy patches on the roads are possible in some areas.
Winds will blow from the west at 7–12 meters per second. Temperatures at night will be between 0 and 5 degrees below zero, and during the day between 0 and 5 degrees above zero.
In Bukhara and Navoi regions, rain and fog are expected in some places. Icy patches will remain on the roads.

Temperatures at night are expected to be between 0 and 5 degrees above zero, and during the day between 8 and 13 degrees Celsius. No precipitation is expected in Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, but fog and icy patches on the roads may occur in some places.

In mountainous areas, the weather will be variable with snow, fog, and icy patches on the roads possible in some places. There is also a risk of avalanches.
