Trump presented the 'Gold Card' design
President Donald Trump demonstrated what the "gold card," which grants the right to live in the United States, will look like during an interview with journalists aboard Air Force One.

“Do you know what this is?” he asked, showing the card. He then answered himself: “This is the gold card, Trump's card. For five million dollars, it can be yours.”

The card is slightly larger than a bank card and features a portrait of Trump against the backdrop of the Statue of Liberty. On the right side, there is the inscription “The Trump Card” and the president's signature.

According to Trump, the card will be available for sale within two weeks.

The president announced the “gold card” program at the end of February. This program is intended to replace the EB-5 program, which requires a one million dollar investment to grant foreigners the right to live in the U.S. The new “gold card” provides permanent residency and offers the opportunity to obtain U.S. citizenship for five million dollars (approximately 615 billion soums at the current exchange rate).

Trump emphasized that the funds generated from the sale of the cards could be used to cover the budget deficit in the U.S. New visa applicants will undergo a vetting process, but no additional details have been provided on this matter.
