According to UNICEF data, there is an urgent need to evacuate more than 25 injured or premature babies lying in incubators in Gaza city. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Due to the city turning into a war zone again, there are significant difficulties in finding a safe place. This situation arose as a result of intensified Israeli armed attacks and gunfire at Al Helo hospital.
Tanks have been positioned around the hospital, putting the babies in incubators at risk. According to UNICEF representative Ricardo Pires, special oxygen supply and manual carts are required to evacuate the babies.
However, the relocation process poses great danger, as the babies may face risks of infection, temperature changes, or interruption of medical support. Limited space in the hospital incubators and the complexity of finding routes from difficult areas to safe zones further complicate the situation.
Doctors and humanitarian organizations continue their efforts to resolve this issue. Citizens and organizations are being assigned personal responsibility not only to carry out evacuation operations but also to expand incubators and introduce modern medical equipment.
These measures are crucial for saving the lives of the babies and improving their health.
