On the day of the National University entrance exams in South Korea – Suneung, a special order was implemented in the country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
To ensure that applicants arrive at the exam centers on time, all aviation flights were suspended for 35 minutes. This measure was taken to reduce the risk of being late for the exam and to ensure the uninterrupted conduct of the examination process.
Additionally, to prevent traffic congestion, the government delayed the start time of government offices by one hour. This decision helped to ease traffic flow on the roads.
More than 554 thousand candidates participated in this year’s Suneung exam. This figure was recorded as the highest in the last seven years.
During the exams, applicants tested their knowledge over a period ranging from 8 to 13 hours. They answered approximately 200 questions in the subjects they chose.
This process once again demonstrated the high level of organization of the education system in South Korea.
