YouTube blocked two channels for artificial intelligence trailers
The YouTube platform recently blocked the Screen Culture and KH Studio channels, which were among the major channels announcing trailers of films and series created with the help of artificial intelligence. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the DTF portal, the total number of subscribers of these channels exceeded two million.
It was noted that some Hollywood studios such as Warner Bros. Discovery and Sony received a portion of the advertising revenue from these videos and did not oppose their distribution.
YouTube initially temporarily suspended monetization of these channels, but monetization was restored after the videos were labeled as "fan trailers" and "parodies." However, after several months, it was found that these labels had disappeared.
According to Deadline, the decision to block the channels is related to violations of YouTube's rules regarding spam and misleading metadata. So far, the owners of the Screen Culture and KH Studio channels have not commented on this matter.
