The Maserati car won by a Chinese man in a game turned out to be just a rental
A man living in Binzhou, China, participated in a children's game at a market held at midnight on February 14 and reportedly won a Maserati car, according to the South China Morning Post. The man spent $280 on this game.

In the game, participants had to accurately throw rings at targets. The grand prize was a Maserati car valued at approximately $235,000.

A man with the surname Van took a risk by participating in the game. He threw nearly 8,000 rings over three hours and ended up winning the grand prize. The prize winner admitted that his hands hurt after throwing the rings. He also noted that he enjoys playing basketball in his free time and is skilled at making three-point shots.

However, it was later revealed that the car would not be transferred to Van's ownership, but would only be rented to him for one year. The man is trying to negotiate with the kiosk owner to exchange the prize for cash.

Some internet users suggested ways for Van to make money from the car. Among them was the option to rent his Maserati for weddings.
