Entrepreneurial women will be granted collateral-free loans of up to 100 million soums

Starting from May 1, 2025, women with a positive credit history will be allocated collateral-free loans up to 100 million soums.

In this regard, the President's decree No. 103 on "Measures to further improve the system of support for families and women" has been adopted.

Additionally, from this date, within the framework of the "Hamroh" program to support women entrepreneurs, starting from May 1, 2025, women will be granted up to 50 million soums to support the implementation of "green projects" and projects in the IT sector, as well as to assist 1,000 "mentor" entrepreneurs who have helped establish the entrepreneurship of at least 5 women.

Moreover, until the equipment purchased with the loan by women entrepreneurs is delivered, guarantees will be provided by the "Entrepreneurship Development Company" JSC.

According to the decree, the main targeted indicators for supporting women in 2025 are set as follows:

• Ensuring employment for 2 million women;
  
• Training 250 thousand women in vocational skills and entrepreneurship;
  
• Involving 250 thousand women in higher education;
  
• Organizing motivational seminars for 50 thousand needy women in sanatoriums to promote their health and develop entrepreneurial skills.
