He preferred not to mention specific figures. According to Sinyayev, the club's budget is private and is considered the most stable in the league.

It is not dependent on state funding or other government resources. He expressed the opinion that this situation is sufficient to reassure the fans.

The team will play in the PARI First League this season as well. It should be noted that in the spring season, the "Torpedo" team secured second place in the league and received a promotion to the Uzbekistan Professional Football League.

However, as a result of the management being accused of bribing referees to manipulate match results, the team was penalized and expelled from the Uzbekistan Professional Football League. The "Orenburg" team was introduced in its place.
