Brazilian media had mentioned that the 24-year-old player might move to Barcelona. However, according to renowned journalist Fabrisio Romano, these rumors are not true.

Barcelona has not made any approach to Rodrigo and knows that such a transfer cannot happen. The main contenders for Rodrigo are London’s Arsenal and Germany’s Bayern clubs, but there is currently no concrete information.

The player is not in a hurry to leave Real, even though he is not securing a regular spot in the starting lineup. Therefore, no definitive decisions have been made regarding his future.

For now, it is known that Rodri is indicating his readiness to stay at the club.
