The new player Roman Yejov, who joined the "Sochi" team during the last summer transfer window, does not yet feel comfortable in his new team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In an interview with "Sport-Express," he emphasized that he is currently only trying to adapt to the team and that there are difficulties in the games due to insufficient preparation. Yejov stated that he has been training with the team for about ten days and is therefore not yet fully ready.
Roman Yejov previously played for the "Krylya Sovetov" team and signed a three-year contract with "Sochi." In the first round of the Russian Premier League, the "Sochi" team lost 0:3 away to "Lokomotiv."
Last season, "Sochi" finished fifth in Russia's second strongest league and triumphed over the "Pari NN" team in the playoff matches. This season, the team is striving to improve its game with a new lineup.
Roman Yejov's addition to the team is considered an important step in this process. The team's coaches and players are analyzing the current situation and are utilizing all opportunities to achieve success in the future.
