Referee Vasiliy Kazartsev has not been appointed for the second round of the Russia Premier League, as reported by the official website of the competition. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In the first round, Kazartsev served as the chief referee in the match between Moscow's "Spartak" and Makhachkala's "Dinamo." Many controversial situations arose during this match.
At the end of the game, the capital team appealed to the Expert Referees Commission of the Russian Football Federation to review five episodes. The "Red-Whites" believe that these situations were not resolved in their favor.
The central match of the second round, namely the clash between "Krasnodar" and Moscow's "Lokomotiv," will be officiated by a refereeing team led by Kirill Levnikov. Thus, Kazartsev was not appointed for the second round, and his place was taken by other referees.
The composition of referees for the upcoming rounds of the competition will be announced on the official website.
