Talalaev: Underestimating Spartak is the key to victory
The head coach of Kaliningrad's "Baltika" team, Andrey Talalaev, stated that the Moscow "Spartak" team did not value their team enough during the second round match of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the specialist, this factor played a significant role in the guests achieving a great victory at the Moscow stadium. Talalaev noted that the "Spartak" team underestimated them a bit.
It became apparent that the Moscow team became more active after they were left with ten players during the match. That was when the true level of the "Spartak" players was revealed.
The match ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of "Baltika." The "Red-Whites" faced a setback in the seventh minute when Anton Zabolotny received a direct red card.
In the second half, defender Markinyos received a second warning, and the "Spartak" team continued the game with nine players. As a result of these situations, "Baltika" gained a clear advantage.
