The head coach of the "Baltika" team, Andrey Talalaev, defended the forward of Moscow "Spartak," Anton Zabolotniy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Zabolotniy was forced to leave the field in the 7th minute of the match between the teams in the second round of the Russian Premier League. He was sent off for a dangerous action against a player from the Kaliningrad team.
According to Talalaev, Anton Zabolotniy is considered a good player and one of the important players at "Spartak." The specialist emphasized in an interview with the "Sport-Ekspress" publication that the forward came to the game very well prepared.
He also mentioned that he had previously invited Zabolotniy while working at the "Khimki" team. So far, Zabolotniy has not made any effective actions in the first two rounds of the RPL.
The 34-year-old player left "Khimki" as a free agent and joined "Spartak" for free. His addition to the team is aimed at strengthening the team's attacking line.
