This was stated by Kaliningrad team's head coach Andrey Talalaev. According to him, after two players from the opposing team left the field, "Baltika," which had to play with three players, and "Spartak" players were penalized with cards in similar situations.
The head coach referred to this situation as consistency in refereeing and stated that if the requirements for one team were different, he would have expressed an open opinion about it. The main referee of the match, Sergey Karasyov, canceled one goal scored against "Spartak" after a video review.
After that, "Baltika" scored three goals and finished the match with a 3:0 victory. Anton Zabolotniy and Markinyos from "Spartak" received red cards and left the field.
