
This weekend, goalkeeper Aleksandr Maksimenko took to the field for the 200th time as part of the "Spartak" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
On this occasion, the player was addressed by Stanislav Cherchesov, who had also participated in exactly 200 games for the "red-whites." Cherchesov expressed his gratitude to Maksimenko and thanked him for reminding him of the 200 games.
He also emphasized that achieving such a number of games in a prestigious club like "Spartak" is a significant achievement. Especially noting that it is a proud moment for Aleksandr, who is a product of the academy and has risen to the level of the first-choice goalkeeper of the main team since his youth.
Stanislav Salamovich wishes Maksimenko many trophies in the future and hopes that the traditions of "Spartak" will be maintained. He also expressed confidence that Aleksandr still has the opportunity to test himself in European competitions.
It should be noted that on Saturday, "Spartak" lost to the "Baltika" team at home with a score of 0:3. The team, led by Dejan Stankovich, finished the match with nine players, as Anton Zabolotniy (11th minute) and Markinyos (58th minute) received red cards.
