
CSKA and Lokomotiv teams are competing for their first points in the new season of the Russian Cup. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In the first half, the CSKA team, under the leadership of head coach Fabio Chelestini, took the lead. CSKA finished the first half in their favor thanks to a goal scored by Milan Gayich.
In the second half, however, the Lokomotiv team managed to equalize the score. At that moment, Aleksey Batrakov successfully converted a penalty, bringing the score to 1:1.
In the 79th minute of the game, CSKA forward Seku Koyta advanced down the left wing, bypassed the defender, and passed the ball into the penalty area. In this situation, Yegor Pogostnov tried to stop the ball but was unsuccessful.
Kirill Glebov then sent the ball into the empty net, putting the CSKA team ahead again. The match ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of CSKA.
