Mostovoy: The transfer fee for Fernandes has become unreasonably high

Former Moscow Spartak midfielder Aleksandr Mostovoy expressed his opinion on Jhedson Fernandes' transfer from Besiktas to the red-and-white team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Aleksandr Mostovoy, the transfer fee for Fernandes from Besiktas to Spartak is illogical. In his opinion, it is not appropriate to spend such a large amount while Russian Premier League clubs are not participating in European competitions.

The expert emphasized that this transfer fee is excessively high. He also mentioned that he has heard that Fernandes is a good player, but he has not yet seen how he performs in the game.

At the same time, Mostovoy noted that he was surprised by the new Spartak player's attempt to hide from journalists while being welcomed at the airport in Moscow. According to him, such actions could put pressure on the player.
