Gladilin: Spartak has serious problems in defense

"Spartak" team veteran Valeriy Gladilin expressed his opinion about the current state of the Moscow club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, there are problems in the team's defense. On Sunday, "Spartak" played away against "Akron," and the match ended in a 1:1 draw.

Gladilin emphasized that the defense of the team led by Dejan Stankovich is not reliable. He stated that although "Spartak" players are numerous in defense, they are not demonstrating quality play.

Deficiencies are particularly noticeable in one-on-one situations. As a result, there have been many rule violations and penalties in the game.

In the last two rounds, three "Spartak" players were sent off the field. Specifically, Anton Zabolotnıy, Markinyos, and Daniil Xlusevich received red cards.
