Zenit is negotiating the transfer of Mitrovich

According to information, there is a possibility that striker Aleksandar Mitrovich will join the St. Petersburg team. Reliable sources have reported this.

Recently, "Zenit" head coach Sergey Semak reportedly communicated with 30-year-old Mitrovich via video call. During the conversation, the issue of the Serbian player's transfer to the Petersburg club was discussed.

Currently, Aleksandar Mitrovich is representing Saudi Arabia's "Al-Hilal" club. His existing contract with this team is set until mid-2026.

According to the Transfermarkt portal, the player's transfer value is estimated at 18 million euros. Mitrovich has previously played for England's "Newcastle" and "Fulham" clubs.

He has played a total of 129 matches in the English Premier League, scoring 38 goals and providing 11 assists. Thus, if the experienced striker joins "Zenit," the team is expected to strengthen its attacking line.
