Former "Ural" team head coach Oleg Shatov expressed his opinion on the situation regarding striker Erik Bikfalvi's departure from the team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
It is known that earlier the coaching staff had stated that they did not see him in the team. In response to a question about this, Oleg Shatov emphasized that there was no disagreement or conflict between them.
He also expressed his respect for the former player. According to the coach, when Erik came to say goodbye to the club, they had a private conversation and shook hands to part ways.
According to Shatov, there is no resentment between them. The player's departure was caused not only by the coaching staff but also by other factors.
He stated that this issue is not solely their decision. For reference, Erik Bikfalvi played for the Yekaterinburg team from January 2017 to February 2025.
During this period, he appeared in 227 matches, scored 61 goals, and provided 22 assists to his teammates.
