Former CSKA Moscow player Dmitriy Khomukha shared his thoughts on Deyan Stankovich, who is expected to become the head coach of the capital's Spartak club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In the fourth round of the Russian championship, Spartak lost to Lokomotiv with a score of 2:4. According to Dmitriy Khomukha, the issue of dismissing coaches is frequently raised, and questions regarding this should primarily be directed to the club's management.
He emphasized that it is the management, not the team managers, who are responsible for these matters. It has been reported that the labor contract between Serbian specialist Deyan Stankovich and the Moscow club is planned to last until the middle of 2027.
Currently, after the conclusion of the fourth round of the Russian Premier League, Spartak has accumulated four points and is in 11th place in the tournament table. The club's results and coaching changes are being discussed by fans and specialists.
Improving results in the upcoming games remains an important task for Spartak.
