The head coach of the Grozny city "Akhmat" team, Stanislav Cherchesov, compared Moscow's "Lokomotiv" club midfielder Aleksey Batrakov to "Monaco" player Aleksandr Golovin. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The coach emphasized that Golovin had shown bright performances while playing for Moscow's CSKA team and the Russian national team, which gave him the opportunity to move to France.
According to Cherchesov, Batrakov also resembles Golovin, but he is a slightly different player. Golovin was also an important young player for CSKA and the national team.
Cherchesov expressed his satisfaction that Batrakov is continuing his success from last year. He also noted that the second year is a crucial stage in every player's career.
In the fourth round of the Russian championship, Batrakov recorded his first hat-trick in adult football against "Spartak." After four matches, the 20-year-old "Lokomotiv" player is leading the RPL top scorers list with six goals.
Batrakov's such results are of significant importance for his team.
