Spartak made a new offer to Galatasaray for Kuesta

Moscow's Spartak club has made a new offer to Turkey's Galatasaray team regarding the transfer of defender Carlos Cuesta. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to this offer, Spartak is proposing sixty million euros to the Istanbul club and plans to increase the player's salary. Currently, Spartak's main competitor is Brazil's Vasco da Gama club, which has almost reached an agreement with the player.

Carlos Cuesta's current contract with Galatasaray is valid until June 30, 2028. The 26-year-old Colombian player's market value is approximately seven million euros.

In the 2024/2025 season, Cuesta has played in 22 matches and scored one goal. Additionally, on August 16, Spartak will host Saint Petersburg's Zenit team in the fifth round match of the Russian Premier League.

These events indicate increased activity in the football market and intensified competition among teams.
