Aleksandr Xomyakov after resignation, what did he say?
Yesterday, the specialist Aleksandr Xomyakov, who left the head coach position of the "Andijon" team, announced the following to the club's press service:

“I sincerely wish good luck and success to Andijon! I hope that football will continue to develop in Andijon, and that the club will start to be recognized not only in the country but also on international stages.

Dear fans, I want to express my heartfelt thanks for your support during my time with the team!!! I will never forget the emotions we experienced together during the Uzbekistan Cup final. I can say without hesitation that that success was achieved through your support. Thank you all! You are the best fans in the world!

Without a doubt, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire coaching staff, medical personnel, administrators, press service representatives, U-21 and U-19 coaches, academy coaches, field maintenance staff, chefs, all workers, and everyone who supported me during this time. I can confidently say that everyone was equally involved in the results on the field. Thank you to the players.

I appreciate each of them and take this opportunity to apologize to anyone I may have been harsh with or hurt during the work process. All actions were aimed at achieving good results on the field. I wish the club good luck in the upcoming matches.

In fact, I would like to express special gratitude to the leadership of Andijon region and the board of directors of "Uzavtosanoat" for the trust placed in me. It was a true honor for me to manage a club like Andijon. Stay safe!” - said Xomyakov.

It should be noted that Aleksandr Andreyevich was officially appointed as the head coach of the team on December 15, 2022, and has managed the team in a total of 72 matches in the championship and Uzbekistan Cup until now. Out of these, there were 26 victories, 21 draws, and 25 losses. Under his leadership, the team scored 95 goals and conceded 85 goals.

Under Xomyakov's coaching, the "Andijon" club won the Uzbekistan Cup for the first time in its history. In 2023, he was recognized as the best coach in the symbolic team of the Super League.
