The list of citizens to be released from state-owned property has been announced.

Our state has established several important exemptions regarding property tax with the aim of improving the material well-being of the population and strengthening social protection. Zamin.uz reported on this matter.
Through these measures, needy and meritorious citizens in society will be partially or fully relieved of the tax burden. First and foremost, individuals whose services to our Motherland are highly valued will be entitled to full exemptions.
Holders of the Hero of Uzbekistan title and the Order of Glory, war invalids, as well as participants in combat operations will be fully exempt from property tax. This exemption is also granted to the parents and widows of military personnel and internal affairs agency assistants who sacrificed their lives on official duty.
Furthermore, individuals who have installed renewable energy source equipment will be granted a temporary exemption for a period of three years. No tax will be levied on housing allocated by the state for orphans until they reach the age of twenty-three.
Additionally, there are categories eligible for partial exemptions. For large families raising ten or more children, pensioners, and first and second-group invalids, a housing area of up to sixty square meters will be exempt from tax.
In this case, the tax must still be paid for the remaining area. The conditions for utilizing these exemptions are clearly defined, and these benefits apply only to a single housing object.
If an individual owns multiple residences, the exemption will be granted for only one of them. The state tax authorities require the submission of relevant documents and certificates to implement this exemption.
To fully exercise their rights, citizens must contact the tax inspections and submit the necessary documents in an official manner. Through this system, the capabilities of taxpayers are taken into account, creating favorable conditions for them.
