I tried to talk to the players within 2-3 days and aimed to uplift them psychologically. All the players in the squad are candidates for the national team. They need to regain their confidence.
- You have been with "Pakhtakor" for a long time. Do you not feel like you are being treated unfairly? That is, last year when Maksim Shatskikh went on a creative break, the team under your guidance performed well, and later Shatskikh returned. If the same happens this year, wouldn't it be unfair? You work with the players, achieve results. Then the situation gets complicated again. Or have you discussed everything with the management?
- I didn't leave "Pakhtakor," I was working with the U19 team. I was supposed to be in the coaching staff under Moreyra, but they decided not to take me. Even while working with the youth team, I would communicate with the coaching staff. Now we will see, everything depends on the management. Wherever they say, we will work there.
