Currently, this number belongs to Ansu Fati. Fati is highly likely to transfer to the Monaco team soon, and if no unexpected events occur, the number 10 will become available.

The Barselona club has decided to assign this number to Lamin Yamal starting from the new season. According to Mundo Deportivo, an official announcement regarding this will be made on July 13, which is the player's 18th birthday.

Previously, the number 10 was worn by Lionel Messi, who left the club in 2021. Lamin Yamal has previously stated that he will only take the number 10 jersey after his friend Ansu Fati leaves the number, even if Fati plays less.

For now, Lamin's number is 19. The Barselona club has high hopes for the young player, and his future is considered bright.
