In the new season, all clubs participating in the Russian Premier League must complete the season fully and not face any problems during the competition. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The president of the Russian Football Federation, Alexander Dyukov, expressed confidence in this matter, but did not rule out the possibility of emergencies. So far, there are no grounds for any club to withdraw from participation without completing the season.
Of course, anything can happen in life, but it is believed that if all clubs start the season, they will carry it through to the end. Dyukov also reminded that the Russian Football Federation has tightened its licensing requirements.
As a result, several clubs were unable to pass the licensing process. The composition of participants in the Russian Premier League for the 2025/2026 season has changed significantly.
This is because the clubs "Khimki," "Chernomorets," and Moscow "Torpedo" were not admitted to the league for various reasons. These changes were made to enhance the quality of the competition and create a competitive environment in the new season.
At the same time, the clubs participating in the league are called to continue their activities at a more professional level.
