
At the conclusion of high-level negotiations held in Ulaanbaatar, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiyn Khurelsukh signed a joint declaration on establishing comprehensive partnership relations.

Additionally, the following documents were signed in the presence of the presidents:
- agreements on cooperation in the fields of plant quarantine and protection, higher education, mining industry, environmental protection, crime prevention and combating, health and medical science, physical education, and sports;
- a memorandum on cooperation between the archive offices of the two countries;
- cooperation programs planned for 2026-2027 between the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Economy and Development of Mongolia, and between the ministries of foreign affairs, as well as cooperation programs planned for 2025-2028 between the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth of Mongolia;
- a cooperation plan to expand collaboration in the agricultural sector between the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry of Mongolia;
- an action plan in the field of ecotourism between the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth of Mongolia.
