Alla Pugacheva decided to sell her house in Cyprus

Famous singer Alla Pugacheva plans to sell her luxurious house in Cyprus and move to a safer place. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The decision was influenced by the unstable situation in the Middle East and the proximity of her house to British military bases. It is known that these bases could be targeted by Iranian drone attacks.
Realtor Mark Gershkovich shared his observations on this matter. According to the expert, this real estate located in Limassol can be sold for between 4 million and 6 million euros.
Interestingly, the political tension in the region has not negatively affected property prices in Cyprus. On the contrary, due to the influx of wealthy individuals from neighboring countries, real estate values may increase.
Alla Pugacheva and her husband Maxim Galkin began constructing a three-story castle with an area of 600 square meters in Cyprus in 2019. At that time, the project's cost exceeded 2.5 million euros.
This seaside house stands out with its panoramic windows and cozy terraces. Currently, the singer is looking for a safer place with her family.
