Dangerous espionage in Israel: Two citizens connected to Iran arrested
Against the backdrop of escalating tensions in the Middle East, Israeli security agencies have arrested two individuals from their own country on charges of espionage for Iran. The police and the country's General Security Service — SHABAK (Shin-bet) officially announced on June 15 that strict measures have been taken against espionage activities aimed at serving Iranian interests in the country.

It has been revealed that the arrested individuals are originally Jewish and are suspected of carrying out special assignments for Iran. It is particularly noteworthy that in the current situation — with rocket attacks against Israel on the rise, and a constant threat to the population and strategic sites — such espionage activities are considered a significant threat to national security. “We are witnessing the damage and danger posed to our country by individuals collaborating with Iran,” the SHABAK statement said.

The Israeli intelligence service notes that the information obtained has been effectively used by Iran to harm Israel. At the same time, in recent days, Iran has also announced that it has arrested two agents of the Israeli intelligence service “Mossad” within its territory. They are accused of preparing explosive materials and electronic devices.

According to reports, Israel began attacks on Iran's nuclear and military infrastructure sites on June 13. During this time, special operations of the “Mossad” were also carried out: intelligence operatives placed high-precision weapons near Iranian air defense systems, installed special strike systems on vehicles brought in secretly, and established a drone base near Tehran.

Simultaneously with the air force's strike operations, these weapons were launched to weaken Iran's air defense, and important targets around the capital were attacked.

These events further confirm the increasingly complex secret struggle between the two countries. The activities of spies and intelligence services on both sides are becoming as crucial as military operations. Each day of the conflict brings new challenges and dangers for the security of the Middle East.
