According to the enforcement order of the Bo'ston inter-district economic court dated 25.12.2023, a total of 1.4 billion soums of credit debt from the debtor "Mustang 888" LLC is to be collected in favor of "O'zmilliybank" JSC.
During the enforcement actions carried out by the bureau's Andijan regional department, the "MAN" vehicle, which was pledged as collateral for the loan, was registered and sealed.
Due to the non-payment of the credit debt within the specified voluntary deadlines, the "MAN" vehicle was put up for sale at a starting price of 2.1 billion soums on the "e-auction" unified electronic trading platform.
The "MAN" was sold at the auction for 2.2 billion soums, and the relevant portion of the funds obtained from the sale was directed to eliminate the debt.
