Loskov talked about the development of young football players

Former Moscow "Lokomotiv" midfielder Dmitriy Loskov spoke about his activities as the chief director advisor on sports matters. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the main task is to work with youth and identify talented young football players. Loskov closely monitors the reserve team, especially the youth team.

He visits Bakovka one or two times a week to observe the training sessions and discuss with the head coach and management. He also directly observes home games, as well as the matches of the youth and main teams at the stadium.

Loskov also provided information about the partner club of "Lokomotiv" in Belarus – "Arsenal" in the city of Dzerzhinsk. Many young football players play in this club.

In the 2024/2025 season, midfielder Danila Godyaev moved through "Arsenal" and became one of the key players in the main squad of "Lokomotiv." According to Loskov, such cooperation is crucial for developing young football players and attracting new talents to the team.
