However, in the 19th minute, Hajduk player Filip Krovinovic opened the scoring, putting the hosts ahead. In the 79th minute, Zorya player Ricardo Gimaraens received a second yellow card and was sent off.
This made the situation even more difficult for the guests. However, in the 90th minute, due to a precise action by Iron Gomiz, Djibrilla Ibrahim equalized the score, and the game went into extra time.
In extra time, specifically in the 95th minute, Hajduk player Yassin Benraou scored a goal, bringing victory to his team. The match ended 2:1 in favor of Hajduk.
