He emphasized that he was warmly welcomed from the first day and expressed that he has only positive thoughts about the country and the Sochi team. The 27-year-old Brazilian footballer joined the Sochi club in February 2024.
This season, he has played in three matches across all competitions, but so far he has not stood out with goals or assists. Marselo Alves's contract with the club is set to last until 2028.
In the upcoming third round of the Russian Premier League, the Sochi team, under the leadership of head coach Robert Moreno, will face Rubin away. Marselo Alves is expected to be included in the starting lineup for this match as well.
