
Bournemouth club defender Illya Zabarnıy has responded for the first time to reports that the French team PSG is interested in him. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He left a like under a post published by famous football news distributor Fabrizio Romano. In this post, Romano emphasized that the Paris club is finalizing Zabarnıy's transfer and that an official announcement will be made soon.
Romano wrote in his message that PSG is adding Zabarnıy as a new central defender. Currently, the market value of the 22-year-old Ukrainian player is 42 million euros, but the Paris club is ready to pay more than 60 million euros to acquire him.
Additionally, Zabarnıy's contract with Bournemouth is valid until June 30, 2029. Previously, PSG management had stated that there would be no issues between the new player Zabarnıy and the club's other goalkeeper, Russian representative Safonov.
