Kuzmichev: Ugalde is a stronger player than Zabolotny

Football agent Vladimir Kuzmichev expressed his opinion about the signing of a contract with Spartak's forward Anton Zabolotny. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Kuzmichev stated that the decision to purchase Zabolotny seemed somewhat unclear to him. According to him, last season Manfred Ugalde performed well and proved himself as a strong player.

Kuzmichev emphasized that he respects Zabolotny but noted that Ugalde is stronger than him. For reference, Spartak signed a contract with 34-year-old Anton Zabolotny as a free agent during this summer transfer window.

The forward has played in three matches across all competitions for the "red-whites" and provided two assists. It was also highlighted that last season Manfred Ugalde was one of the top scorers in the Russian championship.

This situation will show what results the new transfers will bring to the team over time. Spartak has set high goals with the help of new players.
