The Bundesliga club Hoffenheim signed a new player to replace the injured Jandre. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the club's official website, the team has reached an agreement with Czech national team player Vladimir Coufal. The 32-year-old defender previously played for England's West Ham team, but became a free agent after leaving there.
Hoffenheim signed a one-season contract with Coufal, and the player joined the team for free. According to club representatives, their main goal was to strengthen the right-back position for the upcoming season.
They stated that Vladimir Coufal would meet all the team's requirements and quickly adapt to the starting lineup. Last season, Coufal played in 25 matches at the club level.
In these matches, he received 5 yellow cards, but did not score any goals or provide assists. His market value is estimated to be around 5 million euros.
Hoffenheim hopes to strengthen their defense with the new player.
