Granat: Dynamo does not change quickly, Karpin is not miraculous
Former Moscow Dynamo player Vladimir Granat shared his thoughts on the team's unsuccessful start to the new season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, it is not easy to radically change the Dynamo team in a short time. Granat stated that Valeriy Karpin is not a fairy tale hero with a magic wand.
He cannot come in and solve all the problems at once. A football team has a complex structure, and developing it and achieving results requires time and effort.
It should be noted that the Dynamo team has only collected five points after four rounds. With this result, they are seven points behind the first place.
Last Sunday, Dynamo played away against Sochi, one of the Premier League's outsiders, and recorded a draw. According to reports, Valeriy Karpin was appointed as the head coach of Moscow Dynamo in June 2025 and signed a three-year contract.
The specialist faces the task of strengthening the team and achieving high results. In Granat's opinion, this process takes time and requires working with patience.
