Spartak offered 10 million euros for Beltran

Moscow's Spartak club has taken the first step in negotiations to transfer Argentine forward Lucas Beltran from Fiorentina. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to the La Repubblica publication, the "red-whites" team has offered 10 million euros for the forward. However, the Italian club aims to receive at least 15 million euros.

Earlier, Saint Petersburg's Zenit team also showed interest in Beltran. Last season, the 24-year-old Argentine footballer played 33 matches in Serie A, scoring five goals and providing four assists.

His market value is approximately 18 million euros. It is still unknown how this transfer process will conclude during negotiations between the clubs.

The competition for the player is strong, and Spartak is ready to increase its offer. Beltran is expected to bring great benefits to the team with his youth and experience.
