La Liga rejected "Real"'s request to postpone the match

The La Liga management is not inclined to satisfy the request of Madrid's "Real" team to postpone their first-round match against "Osasuna" to another date. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The game is scheduled for August 19. Representatives of the "Kings" want to postpone this match, as they emphasize that they will not be able to prepare adequately for the start of the championship due to their participation in the Club World Cup.

According to El Larguero, La Liga is not planning to remove "Real's" first-round match from the schedule. One of the reasons for this is the maintenance of the mandatory three-week break between matches.

The second reason is that the teams "PSG" and "Chelsea," which reached the semifinals of the Club World Cup, did not make such a request. In the semifinals of the Club World Cup, "Real" will play against "PSG."

The match will take place on July 9. Thus, the "Real" team will have the opportunity for adequate preparation before the start of the championship and will participate in the initial round of the game.
